I can't view your resources

I have forgotten my username and password.

When you have forgotten your username or password you can use our password retrieval tool.

Enter your email address to receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
 

If you do not receive the email within 5-10 mins, it is likely that the email has been blocked by your email provider. Please check the Junk mail folder and Spam folder.

 

To avoid this problem, add our email addresses to your safe list. The email addresses to add are:

Do you have homework sheets for the whole year?

We do provide homework sheets for teachers to use on every week of the school year. Unfortunately it is not possible to access the homework contracts that we previously listed. Homework sheets are available for approximately 4 weeks at a time, so it is important that you download them when available.

New homework sheets are added on a weekly basis throughout each school term.

Access to Australian Curriculum linked homework that is available in Term Booklets with Answer Sheets for individual grades 1-6 at a cost of $15/grade, is available for our Primary Plus membership. Primary members can upgrade from their Account Home page, or our Homework section.

How do I get a receipt to claim the cost of membership for taxation purposes?

In order to download and print your receipt, you need to log in and click on the 'Account Home' link in the top right hand corner.

When you see a link named 'Purchase History', you will be taken to all your previous receipts of payment.

You will be presented with a page containing all previous receipts. From here you can click on each receipt to download and print.

How often do you add new material to the website?

New content is constantly being added to Teach This, with thousands of new pages added each school year. We encourage our members to contact us with any specific requests for new content or classroom challenges in which they require assistance developing resources.

I have just signed up and have realised that I included the wrong email address.

This problem is easily fixed.

  1. Sign In to your account  
  2. Go to your 'Account Home' page using the 'Account Home' link. 
  3. You will see an option titled "Edit Details".

Via this link, you can change your email address and many other personal details.

Is there any other way of downloading resources without using Adobe Reader?

All resources on the Teach This website are created using Adobe Professional with a security certificate embedded within.

We have worked extremely hard to ensure there is no possibility of downloading corrupted or virus infected files from the Teach This website.

I want to be a member but do not have a credit card. Do you accept alternative payment methods?

When you register, there is an option for payment using PayPal, Direct Debit Cheque or Money Order.

I have a MAC computer and whenever I open a page on the site, it comes up blank or black.

How do I check my version of Adobe Reader?

How to check that you have the right/compatible version of Adobe Reader:

1. Open Adobe Reader.
2. On the menu bar, click on 'Help'
3. Scroll down and click on 'About Adobe Reader ...'
4. A box will open and you will be able to read the version number.
5. This should be 'Version XI or 11' Click on the box to close.

The latest viewer - version XI can be downloaded from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader

2. Close all open programs and web browsers
3. Install Adobe Reader (You may need to restart your PC after installing the Adobe Reader program).

How do I subscribe to the Teach This Website?

I have the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows, but the screen is grey and says 'Done'.

I am unable to download a number of resources as I receive the error message "Acrobat cannot decrypt this document."

Download Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

1. Save to desktop

2. Close all open programs and web browsers

3. Install AdobeReader (You may need to restart your PC after installing the Adobe Reader program).

I am using Apple Safari and I am getting a blank PDF sign.

Note: Older versions Safari are not compatible with Adobe Reader

What different homework options do you have available?

Primary Plus Memberships (Primary Plus) receive homework for two year levels of their choice (Years 1-6) along with the answer sheets.

Primary Plus homework is linked to the Australian Curriculum.

For those members who have chosen the Primary Membership, we have provided an option for Lower, Middle and Upper Primary homework. Lower is most suitable for Foundation Year. If you would like to upgrade to receive the homework by year level, simply log in to Teach This and visit the Homework menu or your Account Home page. On each page you will see a link to upgrade to Primary Plus.

How do I select my homework year levels if I am already a Primary Plus member?

Login to your account.

You will be presented with a screen for you to select two grades.

Make the necessary changes.

Click on the Submit button.

Your PayPal payment has been marked as 'pending'.

This means that your payment has not been processed and no money has been paid. Please try the payment again.

I brought the Unit Plan Membership, but my account is not active?

Don't worry your account will be activated shortly. When you take our 2018 EOFY offer it requires our team to go through and activate your membership. This can take around 24-48 hours.

I have the Primary + Unit Plans membership but it is still asking me to upgrade

This happens when you haven't selected the grade levels you would like or the unit plan you are trying to download belongs to another grade level. You can change your grade level at the following page https://www.teachthis.com.au/account/year-level-homework

I am looking to purchase additional items for my planner and stickers?

I received my planner but some items are missing

Not to worry, they are on their way!

This year we will be sending your extras in a separate order. They won't arrive at the same time as your planner but they shouldn't be too far behind.

 

How can I delete my account?

We would be more than happy to assist you with removing your account. Please note that accounts that still have an active membership cannot be deleted.

To start the process, send us an email using our Contact Us page.

I am entering my login details but the website is not logging me in.

You may need to clear your internet browser's cache. After doing this, reset your browser and try logging in again. 

To clear your cache, follow these steps: 

1. Open the Teach This website. 
2. To the left of the website URL there is a small icon that will let you view site information. 
3. Click here and then select 'Cookies and site data'. 
4. Find the data for Teach This and remove/delete it. 
5. Close and re-open your browser. 

Note: This process may be different depending on which internet browser you're using.
