This set of 'Animal Reading Strategy Charts' was designed to help students identify the correct comprehension strategies to use to build literal and inferred meaning when reading.

As well as creating a classroom display set, consider printing a set of charts at either 4 or 6 to a page and providing them on a split ring to send home for parents to reference when reading with their child.
