This resource is a terrific way to combine counting practise of numbers 1-10 with fine motor skills as an independent or maths rotation activity.
Students count insect counters or toys, or try using tweezers or pegs to count and place pom poms onto the jars. Teachers can choose to print colour or black and white version onto
coloured card.
Name, represent and order numbers including zero to at least 20, using physical and virtual materials and numerals

Students can put the cards in order showing counting forwards or backwards from 5. Use all number cards up to 10.
