Description

This classroom display reminds students of the need to wash hands immediately after coughing, sneezing or blowing their nose. Reminding students about proper hygiene can be a very effective way of keeping your students healthy in the classroom. This poster can be used in concert with a number of other classroom  displays, presentations, and activities available on Teach This.

EXTENSIONS

The experiment in this presentation is very easy to do in your classroom and well worth your time. To extend this learning, you could have student watch a video about how surgeons scrub their hands before performing surgery.
