Focusing on ‘r’ influenced vowels this activity is a great way to get students decoding multisyllabic words with a focus on ‘r’ controlled vowels (ar, er, ir, or and ur). Students must roll the dice and read the word in the corresponding column. If they get it correct, they claim it as their own. Who ever reads the most correct words in a given time frame wins!
Can be laminated and reused.
