English Unit: Points Of View
View Curriculum Codes
Description

This comprehensive unit is designed to support teaching points of view in narrative texts.

The included activities, games, worksheets and displays will keep your class engaged as they understand various narrative points of view, including first-person, second-person, and third-person perspectives.

Through the provided materials and activities, students will learn how different narrative perspectives can influence the reader's understanding of characters, events, and themes in a story. They will be encouraged to analyse the impact of different perspectives on storytelling and consider how the choice of point of view affects the reader's engagement and interpretation of the text.

The included assessment allows you to assess student learning in this topic.
