Cooperating, Collaborating and Negotiating is a short Health and Physical Education unit for Foundation.
Students will learn about these three interrelated social skills and how they help develop the ability to interact with others respectfully.
The presentation and guiding questions help to establish the similarities and differences between cooperating, collaborating and negotiating using scenarios relevant to young children.
The accompanying activities allow for multiple opportunities to demonstrate these skills with the class. The included worksheet and quiz are the perfect way to check for student understanding. This unit can be completed in 1 or 2 sessions depending on your needs.
