Health Unit: Reacting to Emotions
View Curriculum Codes
Description

This activity pack, and its matching presentation aims to get students to focus on their emotions, feelings, and reactions, while giving them some resiliency strategies to overcome difficult times. They then start to project outside themselves, to think about how others would act in scenarios, and how their reactions might impact others.

It is a part of a larger unit designed using the national Health and Physical Education curriculum for years 1 and 2.
