Health Unit: The Importance of Sleep
Description

This activity pack, and its matching presentation aims to teach students the importance of sleep for their developing brains, and aid them in putting good sleep hygiene practices in place. A variety of activities, from sleep diaries, to sleep schedules are included to help your students’ sleep health.

It is a part of a larger unit designed using the national Health and Physical Education curriculum.
