Description

The Healthy Eating presentation is based on the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating and the Australian dietary guidelines and promotes discussion about the five food groups and the recommended amount of serves from each of them.

Note: This presentation provides average serves for the 4-11 year age bracket for boys and girls, based on the Australian dietary guidelines. It is only a guide and does not factor in individual dietary needs.
