National NAIDOC Awards

National NAIDOC Awards
Description

At the end of every NAIDOC Week, the National NAIDOC Awards are given at a ceremony, which is held in a different city each year. The awards are given to Indigenous people who work hard to improve the lives of Indigenous people in their communities and around Australia, or to those who have shown excellence in their chosen field.
Students will research 3 winners from this year’s or a previous year’s National NAIDOC Awards.
