This presentation explains where emotions and feelings come from for students, and how they are related to the actions and reactions we take in response. By teaching emotional awareness, the hope is that students will create the time and space they need to assert more control over their emotions.
It is a part of a larger unit designed using the nati onal Health and Physical Education curriculum for Years 3 and 4.
