EXTENSIONS

Provide students with a paper plate on which they can write the numbers of an analogue clock - 1-12. Use a split pin to attach a movable hour and minute hands to the clock. Challenge students to place the pointing hands in the correct positions around the clock face. Place the student's name card beside or above the clock and take a photograph for a record of assessment. Additionally, you could write a time in digital form on a post-it note and place that below the clock, requiring the student to show the time on their paper plate clock.
