The Resilience Scenario Cards are a discussion-based social-emotional learning resource designed to help students develop problem-solving skills, emotional regulation, and resilience in everyday situations. Each card presents a realistic classroom or social challenge with three response options, prompting students to think critically about their choices and how their reactions impact themselves and others. This resource encourages self-reflection, peer discussions, and the development of healthy coping strategies.
• Classroom Discussions: Facilitate group discussions on coping with challenges and setbacks.
• Role-Playing Activities: Have students act out scenarios and explore different ways to respond.
• Well-being and SEL Lessons: Use as part of structured lessons on growth mindset and emotional intelligence.
