This reward chart can be used to support students with special needs to achieve specific goals each week. Simply complete the reward chart with the goal and the agreed reward. There is a box in which you can attach a photograph of the reward (e.g. iPad) or the student holding their chosen reward (e.g. toy or game). Add a sticker for each session (morning, middle, afternoon) in which the student displays appropriate behaviour and achieves their goal. Naming 3 sessions as 'Bonus Points' provides room for error, allowing your student to recover if they have a bad session during the week, so they can still achieve their goal and receive the reward at the end of the week. This chart is incredibly effective with children on the autism spectrum.
