This activity is a quick engineering challenge that your students will love! It can be completed in a single session with minimal materials. Students will learn and discuss bridge basics, before designing and testing a simple platform bridge, which they will construct out of a single sheet of paper.
This activity has attached worksheets, which you can use with your students to consolidate what they have learned and reflect on their design choices.
