Book Week Display Kits
Create an engaging Book Week atmosphere throughout your school with the Book Week Display Kit. This versatile collection of printable displays, parent communication templates and interactive classroom resources helps schools celebrate reading while encouraging students to share and recommend the books they love.
The kit includes a parent information poster, editable parent note, classroom and library door posters, printable bunting, shelf talkers for student book recommendations and reading voice display cards that celebrate memorable lines from favourite books. Together, these resources transform classrooms, libraries and shared spaces into vibrant reading environments that keep the focus firmly on books and storytelling throughout Book Week.
Designed to encourage reading conversations both at school and at home, the parent resources explain the purpose of Book Week, promote simple costume ideas and encourage families to help children choose a favourite book character and practise a memorable line before the parade. Interactive displays invite students to recommend books, celebrate favourite quotes and contribute to a growing whole-class reading display.
Created to complement the 2026 Book Week theme Symphony of Stories, this resource provides practical display materials that can be adapted to suit classrooms, school libraries and whole-school celebrations.
